1.  Just walk away: When feeling overwhelmed by an emotion such as anger the best thing to do is just leave. This will prevent your emotion from carrying you away and leading to worse things.

2.  Take deep breaths: Try to relax and take deep breaths in and out it well make you feel less angered.

3.  Talk about it: Instead of doing something crazy try talking to the person who is making you angry but make sure you are calm when doing it.

4. Don't let the angry control you: Don't do anything you'll regret when you calm down
