INTRODUCTION
St. Thomas More Catholic Church and Ss. Thomas More and John Fisher Catholic Church is a vibrant, progressive Twin Catholic community located at Achimota School and New Achimota respectively. Our people are friendly, open, generous and caring. They love their church dearly. There are many ways to participate and enrich your faith in our Church.
The church administration is located at the premises of both churches.
We would like to take this opportunity to invite you ‘Home’. We will do all we can to help you rediscover, appreciate, renew and maintain your Catholic identity.
Ss. Thomas More and John Fisher and St. Thomas More is organized on community basis. Every member is encouraged to belong to a community depending on where you reside. This makes it easy to associate with other parishioners. We have the following communities: Achimota Town, Alogboshie; Kopevi/Akweteman; Kissehman/Anumle; Christian Village; Achimota-East/West-Abofu, New Achimota and Amalgamated (those living outside the immediate catchment area of the church).
A new community is due for inauguration soon. This is Dome-Pillar-Two/Parakuo.
Our Patron Saints are Ss. Thomas More and John Fisher; two English saints who stood for Justice and Truth and suffered Matrydom.

Children are given special education and teaching on the bible readings for the day, the doctrine of the church and other liturgical teachings separate from the adults. All children up to primary school class six and non-communicants are encouraged to attend. The children are grouped into classes, based on their ages.
The church has a young but fast growing Cooperative Credit Union. Registration is open to all parishioners irrespective of age or status. You may take advantage of this to start a saving culture in a small way like the proverbial mustard seed. The benefits are tremendous. Pick a registration form from the Credit Union Office.
