Beloved, God calls upon us to actively utilize the gifts He bestows upon us. It's important to recognize that these gifts are not our possessions but rather entrusted to us by God for the greater good of all. It is our responsibility to ensure that these gifts, in accordance with our abilities, are diligently employed in due time. This principle is exemplified in the parable found in Matthew 25:14–30, where a man entrusts his talents to his servants. Our efforts to make the most of our talents, not only for our benefit but for the benefit of all, demonstrate our faithfulness and diligence as servants of God. In line with the commendation received by the first two servants in the parable, God will honour our efforts with His grace and entrust us with greater responsibility for being trustworthy servants. It's crucial to remember that no gift is insignificant in the eyes of God and, as such, it is incumbent upon us to utilize our gifts and not allow them to go to waste. Failing to do so would be an expression of ingratitude towards God, as demonstrated by the servant with one talent in the parable.
