Reflection
Did you ever hear the proverb: “where there is a will, there is a way”? Simply said, it means something like this: when we want something, really with our whole heart, we go and get it. We take the means that are necessary for us to reach our goal. We do not allow obstacles or difficulties to prevent us from doing what we want to do. Once we have decided, we do not go back on our decision, no matter the barriers that have to be overcome. If there is anything we need more than ever today, then I think it is God’s forgiveness. Nothing should prevent us from receiving this wonderful gift of God. We may not have to go through what the friends of the paralytic went through. It is at arm’s length. Let’s go for it.
