When Christ came into the world, angels sang about peace and when he went out of the world, peace was bequeathed. “Whatever house you go into”, he instructed his disciples when sending them on mission, “let your first words be, “Peace be to this house!”. It was the same peace which Isaiah foretold as coming in abundance. The followers of Christ are called and empowered, not only to personalize the peace of Christ but also to be working for it.  Try to be a peacemaker where you live or work. When you see someone troubled or upset, speak a gentle of word of peace and be a messenger of peace. Peace be with you!
